Did you go all the way to Bird and see the brown bears? I'm always impressed with what your little camera can do, although I'm sure a lot of that is operator expertise.

Nope, didn't make it to Bird. I turned around not too far after Beluga Point. But in retrospect, I think there must have been a bear or two right across from the railroad station (just past Potter's Marsh). I didn't have quick enough reflexes to pull over when everyone else did, but there were a lot of people with cameras ogling some sort of critter. I decided to think I was a moose so I wouldn't feel like I'd missed out too much. :)

I do love my trusty little camera.

Thanks, Silke. Glad you liked how my last girl turned out. She actually looks better in person ~ now I just have to find wall space for her. Maybe at my office...
